What type of personal data do we collect? collects and uses personal data that you share with us. Your e-mail address is sufficient data in order to register for our news. If you are registered for some other service that we offer we also need your GSM number (for sending SMS messages) as well as your first and last name and address.

Personal information that we collect automatically

Even if you do not order our services certain data is automatically collected when you visit our web site. This includes your IP address, date and time of the service, the hardware and software equipment or the browser that you use and information about the operational system of your computer, the version of the application and the language settings. For what purposes do we collect and use your personal data?

The collected personal data is used in several different ways. We will use your personal data for:

b) communicating with you (we are in contact in other ways such as via e-mail, postal service, telephone or SMS messages – the chosen method depends on the contact information that you have provided),

For cancellation monitoring and processing restriction purposes we will collect the date of cancellation i.e. processing restrictions and the e-mail messages with which you will be notified about the cancellation and other messages related to the exercising of your rights associated to general data protection.

You have the right to unsubscribe from receiving e-news and notifications i.e. event invitations or cancel your consent anytime.

With every message that will include news, notifications or invitations we will also send a link to the website with a simple un-subscription i.e. cancellation of the consent or you can cancel via e-mail message on the following e-mail address: .

We will be processing your personal data until we receive a cancellation request which automatically means cancellation of the consent. After receiving the cancellation request we will not be using the collected personal data for sending e-news, event invitations for profiling purposes. After the cancellation of the consent we will erase the data within 30 days.

The consent cancellation does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent prior to its cancellation.

The collected personal data will be processed by our employees that are responsible for sending e-news and notifications via email and authorized data protection officer in compliance with the regulations.

Legal grounds for personal data processing as described previously:

For a) requires your consent. For b) refers to the legal grounds that personal data processing is necessary for executing the agreement. If the necessary personal data is not provided cannot carry out the service nor provide customer support. Your rights regarding personal data processing

Right to access to personal data

You have the right to check whether we collect your personal data and in such case you also have the right to access that data.

If as an individual you require that we check if we collect your personal data you can send a written request via email.

Right to erasure (»right to be forgotten«)

As a data subject you have the right to erasure of personal data without undue delay and we have an obligation to erase personal data without undue delay in the following situations:

the data subject objects to the processing (see Right to object),
the data subject withdraws consent on which the processing is based,
the personal data have been unlawfully processed,
the personal data must be erased for compliance with legal obligations or laws.
The erasure will not be carried out if the personal data processing is necessary:
for compliance with a legal obligation which requires processing by law,
for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.

If as an individual you wish your personal data to be erased you can request that in writing. The right to erasure applies to the extent stated above.

Right to rectification

As a data subject you have the right to obtain without undue delay the rectification of inaccurate personal data that concerns you.

Taking into account the purposes of the processing you have the right to complete incomplete personal data, including by means of providing a supplementary statement.

Right to object

Because we process personal data for direct marketing purposes, as a data subject you have the right to object at any time to processing of personal data for such marketing, including profiling that is related to such direct marketing.

Right to restriction of processing

As a data subject you have the right to obtain from us restriction of processing in the following situations:

if you contest the accuracy of the personal data for a period enabling us to verify the accuracy of the personal data,

if the processing is unlawful and you as a data subject oppose the erasure of the personal data and instead request a restriction of its use, if we no longer need the personal data for the purposes of processing, but it is required by you as a data subject for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims,
if you as data subject have objected to processing pending the verification whether the legitimate grounds of the controller override yours as a data subject.

If you as data subject have requested restriction of processing due to the above mentioned reasons then the personal data shall, with the exception of storage only be processed:

with your consent as a data subject,
for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims,
for the protection of the rights of another natural or legal persons or
for reasons of important public interest of the Union or of a Member State.

As a data subject that has obtained restriction of processing you shall be informed by us before the restriction of processing is lifted.

If we have rejected your request for erasure or you only wish to restrict the processing of your personal data you can file a written request for restriction of personal data processing. The right to restriction can be exercised only in the above mentioned situations.

Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, as a data subject you shall have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement if you consider that the processing of the personal data relating to you infringes the General Data Protection Regulation.

The supervisory authority with which the complaint has been lodged shall inform you as a complainant on the progress and the outcome of the complaint including the possibility of a judicial remedy pursuant to Article 78 of the General Data Protection Regulation.
