TBS Team 24 is a locally based assistance company with the coverage of the Central and Southeastern part of Europe. Our activity is strictly oriented to assistance and communication service rendered to the local and international clients. TBS TEAM 24 has, now in almost a decade of its activity, gained the reputation as a highly competent and reliable business partner for all national and international clients. Our vision is clearly focused into quality, human resources, product development and technology.

TBS Team 24 was established in 1996 in Maribor, Slovenia. From the start, assistance business within a 24 hour call center was the huge primary focus of the company. We are proud to acknowledge that we are the leading assistance company in the southeast of Europe and therefore trusted by the most local corporations as well as the biggest European and worldwide insurance companies.

The company started its services with technical assistance to commercial vehicles. In the following years we have expanded our services to the technical assistance of personal vehicles in Slovenia and Balkan area, due to our professional manner and dedicated work for our clients. The growing demand for our services has lead to an expansion of our partner network, which is now consisting of over 1300 partners. In 2001 we have been awarded the contract with some of the Slovene insurance companies, for which TBS Team 24 is offering assistance service in Slovenia and abroad.

TBS Team 24has a clear development strategy. Our goal is to become the first choice of insurance and automobile industry clients and we are determined to keep the reputation of the most sought for Assistance Company in the region.
